I am sitting here waiting to hear the winner of American Idol. Am I watching the finale? No. Have I ever seen a full episode of American Idol? No.
However, David Archuleta is from Murray, Utah. I used to live there and still work there. It is fun to drive around Murray and see all the signs. It is 8:47, only 8 more minutes.
And, apparently the vote isn't close. 55 million to 44 million. I think it will be David Archuleta, but we will know in 7 short minutes...

I also have never watched a second of American Idol, but it's nigh impossible to be a Mormon and not know about the Arch kid. :)
Too bad he lost.
